Joel Hackleman joined Anderson, Indiana’s Keg N Bottle as a second shift supervisor in 1992. He received promotions to the positions of store manager and buying manager before assuming his role of general manager in 2000. During his tenure with the family-owned business, Joel Hackleman has gained extensive experience in areas such as customer service, inventory management, personnel management, and maintaining relationships with banks, key vendors, and prominent industry associations.

As the company owner, Joel Hackleman oversees business operations at Keg N Bottle, which includes hiring employees, developing competitive compensation packages, and other human resources matters. He has continued to expand the business’s presence in Madison County, helping the store sustain its reputation as the region's premier location for wines, spirits, and beer.

Mr. Hackleman graduated from Ball State University. He is a member of the Indiana Association of Beverage Retailers. Apart from his work as a retail beverage leader, he enjoys leading an active lifestyle. A few of his interests include hunting, fishing, and weightlifting.
